On March 25th in Franciacorta, in the beautiful setting of Villa Baiana in the Tenute La Montina estate in Monticelli Brusati (Bs), the annual meeting of the Union of Restaurants of Good Memory took place. I was invited to address a topic that is very dear to Buon Ricordi’s heart, namely health at the table, thanks to the concrete commitment made over time, first in each restaurant and then with campaigns and initiatives, such as the Menu della Salute (Health Menu).

PIACENZA: REPORT ON THE BATMAN PROJECT – NOVEMBER 10 AND 11, 2017
Friday 10 November 2017, at 6.30 pm I will be in Piacenza at the Eataly educational hall, for the presentation of my book “Children at the table. Almost a game!”. In the evening, again in the Eataly restaurant, a dinner is planned for fellow dieticians from Piacenza and the surrounding area. The following day, at the Catholic University of Piacenza, in the course “New problems in collective catering” I will illustrate the “Batman Children at the Table Project” to an ECM course.
